I’d set the alarm for 7 to finish packing early, giving us time to fully enjoy our last morning. At bedtime the girls couldn’t decide between a pool morning or Magic Kingdom, but as soon as they woke up, they knew that it was going to be Magic Kingdom for the win.
Steve waited for the cases to be collected and the girls and I set off to rope drop early hours. They wanted to do Speedway before the park opening show, and just managed it, which was great as Donald was really funny when he noticed them, trying frantically to get Daisy’s attention, but she was too busy posing, which made the girls giggle.

We then met Steve at Starbucks for one last Disney coffee, before heading to meet Minnie & Mickey.

The girls wanted a wander around to take everything in, so that’s exactly what we did. Although it was hot, it wasn’t unbearable, and we enjoyed wandering through the different lands.

We watched the 50th cavalcade for one last time before letting the girls choose their last attraction of the trip. It was a close call between Hall of Presidents and Carousel of Progress, but C of P was the winner, and we ended up watching it for the 4th and final time this trip before saying goodbye to the park.

We got back to the hotel, collected our luggage, and got changed before ordering an Uber. We were really early at the airport so got something to eat in the food court before heading through security (TSA preclearance is great!) and to the gate.
It truly has been the most amazing 3 and a bit weeks. We have absolutely loved spending so much time together and made so many amazing memories that have filled my heart with so much joy. Time is so precious, and flies by so quickly, and I am so incredibly lucky that we get to take these wonderful trips away from the realities of work and real-life stresses.
To those of you travelling soon, I hope you have the most wonderful trip, and to everyone who has followed along with us, thank you for reading.
