A nice short blog today as the girls spent most of the time entertaining themselves with all things Disney at the hotel while mummy did some work. Later in the day they headed to Magic Kingdom. First stop was to get a Cheshire Cat Tail snack (or 6…got to use those snack credits up. And yes, they ate them all! Easy peasy if you want to make them as I just used the Jus Rol Pain au Chocolate that come in a tin, then mixed up icing and decorated using a food bag with the corner snipped off…high tech central here!)
The plan was then to head to Splash Mountain but it was a bit chilly for that (apparently Splash Mountain gets you so wet you need swimsuits and goggles…top tip for your next trip!) so they headed to Mine Train instead and got front row seats (which is a good job as mummy’s photo editing skills may not have coped with any other seating arrangement! The Chromavid app is as good as our special effects get!)
They then watched the parade, met a few characters and stayed up late to watch Happily Ever After. Hopefully that means a lie in tomorrow, although knowing them that’s very doubtful!
It’s apparently Star Wars dessert party tomorrow although plans may change (depending on what ingredients the dessert party chef has in her cupboard!) so we shall see!
