Today started a little later as for the first time in forever (see what I did there?) the girls had a lie in until 8.20am! They then declared they were starving and so decided to go to the quick service at the Grand Floridian hotel because Winnie lives their tater tots (even though she doesn’t like potatoes they’re different to anywhere else apparently 🤷♀️) so the chef who was new had to quickly look up a recipe on google. They turned out pretty well although I think the chef was a little heavy handed with the salt as the container may or may not have fallen into the mixture whilst it was being added! Oh well, good job there are free refills on drinks at resorts! 🙈
The girls then decided to hop on the monorail and visit something of the resorts around the Magic Kingdom. There was quite a bit of construction going on and a few resorts seemed to be in need of a refurb, but they had fun.
Then it was time for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. The regular salon was closed, and they had moved into the restroom (nothing to do with the fact that mummy had threatened them not to spill make up on the carpet!). Winnie was desperate to be Anna from Frozen 2 as she loves the film (when she’s anxious at night she says she sings ‘When I Am Older’ to herself as Olaf telling her that everything will make sense when she grows up makes her feel calm and happy 😭💕) so Fairy Godmother in Training Polly made it happen.
Amazingly no chunks of hair were removed in the making of this princess, and Winnie was very happy at the e reveal (mummy, not so much as getting the swivel chair out of the office where I had all my fabric out on the floor to sort wasn’t something I’d planned for!)
She then met actual Anna and Elsa which was a dream come true!
The girls then had an afternoon at MK, going on various rides which they vlogged. Be warned…it’s long. If you’re struggling to sleep tonight this could be the cure 😂
To round the day off we headed on the monorail to EPcot for fish and chips. Amazingly it didn’t rain, and the food was lovely (so much so that Polly couldn’t wait to have a photo before starting to eat hers 🙈).
We’re now off to watch a movie in our hotel room with a warm cookie and glass of milk bought with snack credits again, as we have no space for mine and daddy’s clothes let alone snacks on the way home!
I’ve no idea what tomorrow holds in store but I’m sure these two will make a fun day out of it 💕
